This 15-year experience included providing individual sessions for youth and their families. After completing my master's degree, I started private practice to support youth, adults, couples, and family. As a qualified Psychotherapist, CBT Practitioner, and Holistic Psychotherapist, I provide confidential, personal, and non-judgmental atmosphere. Before my clinical studies, I gained valuable experience in supporting others. This background gives me a diverse perspective, enabling me to support individuals and their families through career changes and various life transitions. Besides, I offer professional training and supervision, too, and I have conducted research in psychology to advance best practices in this field.
