I hold a Master of Science degree in Psychology and identify as a psychotherapist and counsellor. As a fellow member of (ACCPH) and Registered Accredited Psychotherapist, I bring years of combined experience in the professional and academic worlds. This diverse background has given me a deep understanding of life’s challenges. My areas of specialisation include working with youth, adults, older adults, couples and families navigating well-being, recovery, and empowerment.
